Çünkü fer’î hükümlerden biri, bir zamanda maslahat iken, diğer bir zamana göre mazarrat olur. Veya bir ilâç, bir şahsa devâ iken, şahs-ı âhere dâ’ olur. Bu sırdandır ki, Kur’ân, fer’î hükümlerden bir kısmını neshetmiştir. Yani vakitleri bitti, nöbet başka hükümlere geldi, diye hükmetmiştir.” Bediüzzaman Said Nursi.
